[PR] docs(platform-http): document context-path interaction with server.servlet.context-path [camel-spring-boot]

Croway opened a new pull request, #1981:
URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-spring-boot/pull/1981

   ## Why

`camel.rest.context-path` only prefixes routes defined with the `rest()` DSL. Spring Boot's own `server.servlet.context-path` prefixes every request handled by the embedded servlet container, including plain `platform-http:` consumer routes. The two stack, but this interaction wasn't documented anywhere in the starter docs — it was only verifiable by reading `SpringBootPlatformHttpContextPathTest`.

   ## What

Adds a "Context path" section to the platform-http starter's hand-maintained doc source (`components-starter/camel-platform-http-starter/src/main/docs/platform-http.adoc`), explaining the two properties, how they combine, and a worked example matching the existing test.

Docs-only change, no code or generated-file impact.
