It's easy. Ben Laurie is "Big Ben" because he uses a capital
"B" (and is in London ;-), Ben Hyde is "Little Ben" because
he uses a lowercase "b", and Brian Havard is "Gentle Ben"
because it's confusing and his real name is "Bruin." :->
