   Works as designed: `analyze-dep-mgt` needs the project's dependencies resolved, so in a multi-module build the sibling modules must be built in the same run (`mvn package dependency:analyze-dep-mgt`) or installed first. Every goal that resolves dependencies behaves the same way.
