[jira] [Created] (ISIS-102) Flesh out body of SqlUserProfile

Flesh out body of SqlUserProfile
--------------------------------

                 Key: ISIS-102
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ISIS-102
             Project: Isis
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: Runtimes: Dflt: Objectstores: SQL
            Reporter: Kevin Meyer
            Assignee: Kevin Meyer
            Priority: Minor

I have created a SqlUserProfileStoreInstaller and an empty SqlUserProfileStore.

The SqlUserProfileStore needs to interact with sql database tables to store and restore the user's profile. See XmlUserProfileStore or InMemoryUserProfileStore for examples.
