The attached XSD has a copyright statement as:

    	Revision: IFX170_XSD
     	Date: Apr 2005
     	Interactive Financial Exchange XSD
     	Copyright 1999-2005 IFX Forum. All rights reserved

Can you tell us what license is granted by IFIX? If we add it to Tuscany for testing purpose, the license has to be compatible with Apache.
