xsl:document of XSLT1.1 with extensions-functions

Hi,

I would use the functionnality of xsl:document (XSLT1.1) to output on
multiple documents.
I thought using extensions functions to do it.
Is it possible during the transformations to change the ouput of the
transformations ?
Has anyone yet done it ?
