Missing portlet.tld file ??

Is it my imagination, or did the taglib file disappear from the CVS tree?

I'm putting it back, but I thought Carsten fixed this a couple of weeks ago.

FYI, the path to the missing file is (was):
  ws-wsrp4j/provider/pluto/portal/src/webapp/WEB-INF/tld/portlet.tld

If this file is not there, the build complains when trying to deploy the 
portlets because the pluto code we are using copies it into the 
portlet's war file.
