Re: Proposal for C Data Interface Integration testing

Hey dev list again!

It's been about a week since I sent this proposal and I've gotten a bunch
of comments that I've responded to. Just wanted to bring attention to it
one more time to see if anyone else had some comments to place on it.

In the meantime, I'm going to assume a "lazy consensus" and stick this on
my list of stuff to try implementing and eventually put a PR up to try to
hook up something small based on the proposal.
