  Modified:    java/src/org/apache/xpath/functions FuncExtFunction.java
  Log:
  Use Vector.elementAt() instead of Vector.get(). The latter is not available
  in JDK 1.1.8. Add two argument accessor methods for Bugzilla 8939.
