In git, drop abandoned branches and replace them with tags.

I'd consider branches that haven't shown any activity for two month, abandoned.

Reasoning:
Branches should point to places of activity, at the current state of about 90 branches it is hard, esp. for a newbie to the project so see right away were the places of active code development are.
In other words: It is an unwelcoming sight to be flooded with this many branches.


Taking the two month line, branches to keep would be:
