[Dowd, Sean S] XML::Xerces

It appears the XercesC 2.3.0 is no longer available.  2.5 was the only
version I could find and XML::Xerces (2.3.0.4) did not like that.

Any ideas?

The Apache Xerces C++ XML Parser

Required version: 2.3.0	

(which can be downloaded from the apache archive
<http://www.apache.org/dist/xml/xerces-c/> ) You'll need both the library
and header files, and to set up any environment variables that will direct
the XML::Xerces build to the directories where these reside.

If you want Xerces-C-2.3:

  http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-c/stable/archives/Xerces-C_2_3_0/

You can get XML::Xerces-2.5 from

  http://www.apache.org/dist/xml/xerces-p/
