1. Install latest Ambari bits
2. Deploy HDP 2.2.0.0-2041 cluster with HDFS, ZOOKEEPER, YARN, OOZIE services
3. Add FALCON service
4. Notice deployment stalls during "Add Service Wizard" .
5. The installAdditionalClients gets called but installSelectedServices in AddServiceController never got calle. So only "Install Oozie Client" request was scheduled. "Install Services" request to install Falcon Server and Falcon Client was never requested.
