[Axis2] Adding addHeader(String headerName, String headerValue) to OutTransportInfo

Hi All,

There is a requirement to add  "addHeader(String headerName, String
headerValue)" to org.apache.axis2.transport.OutTransportInfo interface to
support custom transport headers in output.
Here's my +1 to this.
