I've put patches for both 1.2-dev and 1.1.1 into /pub/httpd/incoming.
They're m2-1.1.1.patch and m2-1.2dev.patch.

These disable header flush and keepalive for anything IDing itself as
Mozilla/2, as Roy suggested. It seems Netscape 2.x on Windows 3.1 and
Mac has a similar problem (seen by us at N2K) and this is also addressed
by these patches. We've had no complaints from users of other browsers
or of Netscape since deploying these patches several weeks ago.
