Tomcat 3.3 ThreadPool throws IllegalStateException


Hi there,

I am having a problem with the Tomcat 3.3 running on Solaris 8.  The Tomcat
is breaking up with the following message:

Stop reaper
ThreadPool: Caught exception executing org.apache.tomcat.util.net.TcpWorkerThread@9dfb6, terminating thread
java.lang.IllegalStateException
        at org.apache.tomcat.util.threads.ThreadPool.runIt(Unknown Source)
        at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.TcpWorkerThread.runIt(Unknown Source)
        at org.apache.tomcat.util.threads.ThreadPool$ControlRunnable.run(Unknown Source)
        at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:484)

What could be the posible cause for this behaviour ?  How could I monitor
the status of the "ThreadPool" ?
