A deferred listener parameter named 'action' has been added to Submit, LinkSubmit, and ImageSubmit. The T3 operation of 'listener' is now always preserved. The Submit component with a deferred listener can now be written as:

If necessary, it is now also possible to have both immediate and deferred listeners by providing both 'listener' and 'action' parameters to Submit.
