Incubation statement

Hi peeps,

I was catching up on Incubation procedures and rules, and it is now 
expected from incubating projects to add the following boilerplate text 
to their homepage and into some README.txt:

"XYZ is an effort undergoing incubation at the Apache Software 
Foundation, sponsored by the ASF's Cocoon project. Incubation is 
required of all newly accepted projects until a further review indicates 
that the infrastructure, communications, and decision making process 
have stabilized in a manner consistent with other successful ASF 
projects. While incubation status is not necessarily a reflection of the 
completeness or stability of the code, it does indicate that the project 
has yet to be fully endorsed by the ASF."

Could you please use this incubation disclaimer?

forrest stack overflow

i updated the installation instructions (yay!) and got

C:\src\cocoon-lenya\src\webapp\lenya\pubs\docs-new>c:\src\xml-forrest\build\dist
\shbat\bin\forrest

[....]

validate-xdocs:
67 file(s) have been successfully validated

validate-sitemap:
...validated sitemap

with forrest from CVS

any ideas?

Unfortunately the Lenya docs forrest version doesn't seem to work
