[GitHub] kafka pull request #4215: Kafka 6121 restore global consumer handle reset

    Kafka 6121 restore global consumer handle reset

    - set auto.offset.reste to "none" for restore and global consumer
    - handle InvalidOffsetException for restore and global consumer
    - add corresponding tests
    - some minor cleanup
