Hi [~amaliujia], I would really welcome you to work on this JIRA together. The PR corresponding to space quota for volume/bucket is now nearly complete. You can start with NameSpace (count quota).
In addition, you can break up the NameSpace JIRA into smaller Jiras. As I split space Quota
