minor: garbled text in Xerces charter
Found garbled or missing text in the "Xerces Project Charter" at
http://xerces.apache.org/charter.html
Items 5.5 through 5.9 appear to be incomplete:
5.5 Every 12 months, or at the request a recof the
5.6 This rwithin the PMC. The election will be performed using a simple
majority vote of PMC members.
5.7 Upon agreeperiodtime, said
5.9 The PMC is responsible for maintaining and updating this charter.
Development must fchange to charter. Changes muof the PMC.

Hmmm... It seems this was fixed [1] but the main website was never
refreshed. The copy of the charter on the Xerces-J site [2] should have
the complete text.
