I have updated the script so this should be OK for you now.
One thing to make sure is that the all .bat files in the checkout are should be
DOS files (i.e. not using Unix file endings). This depends a bit on your CVS
client. In particular the bootstrap.bat and src/script/lcp.bat should be checked.
I'm going to mark as fixed now. Can you retest and reopen if you still have
problems.
