Can I get the source code for the C++ Builder TreeViewer application?

or mfc/sdk application?
 
In  xml4c documentaion faqs ( the url is
\xml4csrc3_3_1\doc\html\faqs.html)

    sample application (written using C++ Builder), we have decided to

    available as an independent download from the IBM AlphaWorks

So I want a Help
Anyone Have this sample?
 
I have a lot of trouble with DOMPrint Sample Application
Because Encoding Problem...
So I want to see TreeViewer Application
