using xmlDoc.cfm?id=#ID# instead of xmlDoc.xml

It's just the same question as the other one i sent into this forum.
thank you for anyone already responded my email,
but i think it's very hard to do :(

the point is,
i'm trying to use http://myhost/xmlDoc.cfm?id=#ID#
instead of http://myhost/xmlDoc.xml

any suggestion ?
