[ANNOUNCE] Apache NetBeans 16-u1 released

Dear all,

The Apache NetBeans team is pleased to announce that Apache NetBeans
16-u1 (Gradle Update) was released on December 31, 2022
(though there's been a delay in announcing the release).

See the fixes included in the Apache NetBeans 16-u1 release:

Being an update release, the binaries are provided
through the NetBeans Update Center Infrastructure.

Your IDE will display notification on the updated modules.
