xmlbeans-dev@xml.apache.org list keeps on receiving failure messages about a build we XMLBeans committers didn't set up. For example: http://www.mail-archive.com/dev%40xmlbeans.apache.org/msg02534.html 

We tried reproducing the error on out systems but couldn't, we even checked in a potential fix for it but it didn't help.

We tried contacting Robert Burrell Donkin, that appears in the From field, without any luck. 

Could somebody please take a look into this issue, it already disturbing the work on our mailing list?
