IIS in process

Could someone tell me where the document that this statement refers to is 
located...."There is also an option to use Tomcat in process, more about the 
in-process mode can be found in the in process howto."

I have found one for Tomcat 3.2 & 3.3 but not one for Tomcat 4.*
