[jira] Created: (TS-114) EventNames.cc uses numbers instead of symbols to determine event names

EventNames.cc uses numbers instead of symbols to determine event names
----------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TS-114
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-114
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Cleanup
            Reporter: John Plevyak

EventNames.cc uses numbers instead of the symbolic names which means it is likely
to be wrong. Also this functionality is duplicated in proxy/http2/HttpDebugNames.cc.
This needs to be cleaned up.
