Links to resources

Hi,

how can I arrange the links in jsp's and the portlet context. E. g. I
include a jsp in my portlet with the include- Method of the request
dispatcher...this jsp should define a link to another resource (jsp, html).
How can I realize this to grant that the linked jsp or html appears in the
portlet ?

thx
Oliver
