getting further

I feel that I'm getting somewhere

"org.apache.jasper.JasperException: No such tag escapeSql in the tag
library imported with prefix sql"

Excuse me? Well it is in the TLD!!! It is advertized as being in the
jar...

Tomcat 4.0.2 container BTW

Any clues?
