When is the image information in currentimage.txt updated?

Hi all,

I've been troubleshooting an issue with one of our images where it was
always being reloaded at the beginning of each reservation even if it was
already present on the computer. It turned out the image information in
currentimage.txt is incorrect. Still not sure how that happened though.

Anyways, my main question. Looking through the code it looks like the image
details are only written during capture by the provisioning module, is this
correct? Basically I'm wondering if mounting the image manually and
updating currentimage.txt will fix the problem.

Hi Cameron,

Yes, related to when it gets reloaded. It gets written to during image
creation time.

You could mount it update it to fix the issue.
