[jira] [Created] (RANGER-4265) update ServicePolicies to include GDS policies relevant to a service

Madhan Neethiraj created RANGER-4265:
----------------------------------------

Summary: update ServicePolicies to include GDS policies relevant to a service
                 Key: RANGER-4265
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RANGER-4265
             Project: Ranger
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: plugins
            Reporter: Madhan Neethiraj

Plugins receive policies relevant to the service (like dev_hive, dev_hdfs) via ServicePolicies. This class should be updated to include GDS policies - similar to how tag policies are included.
