Deliberately **not** implemented in #368 — @paultofunmi is assigned and picked this up on 22 July,
and it is not mine to take.
Flagging two things from #368 that touch the same screen, so this does not land on top of a
dashboard that has since moved:
1. **The dashboard is now permission-aware.** Its entity cards (Clients, Loans, Savings), the two
distribution charts and the pending-approvals card are gated with `*appHasPermission`, and —
more importantly — the component no longer *requests* metrics the user cannot read. It used to
fire all of them unconditionally, so a restricted user met a row of 403s and their error toasts
on the one screen everybody lands on, and because the requests are combined with `forkJoin`,
which fails fast, a single refusal zeroed every other metric. `system-status.component.ts` now
decides what to request by the same rule that decides what to show.
2. **`PermissionSummaryPipe` exists** (#118, also in #368) and is probably what the "permission
count grouped by category" line wants. `summarisePermissions(codes)` turns a set of codes into
*"View, create and edit clients"*, grouping by entity; the pipe wraps it for templates. Both are
exported from `app/shared`.
The "My Access" card itself, the role names, the per-category counts and the quick links are all
untouched and still yours.
