### Issue description
> As of 2026.2 release, Grails plugin is no longer bundled into JetBrains products. Please see [this issue](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-379825/Move-Grails-to-obsolete-plugins) for details.
Is it possible for you to fork this IntelliJ-Plugin: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/18504-grails and make again available for updates?

https://github.com/apache/grails-intellij-plugin - JetBrains is giving the plugin to the Apache Grails team and that is a win, win. Same id will work as it always had with auto update and now the Apache Grails community will be able to update it.

@jamesfredley this repo is only forked at this point and is nit compliant with ASF policy. We should not close this until its published
