Mark Thomas resolved INFRA-10634.

    Resolution: Fixed

This account had an invalid e-mail address. It was filling the mail logs with errors. It was therefore disabled and the e-mail address set to dev-null@a.o

I've set the correct e-mail address as requested and re-enabled the account.
