Default the searching filters to be filtering by all platforms.

If the user clicks the 'Filter by platform' link, show the filters available.

Those filters:

iOS
Android
Blackberry
Windows Phone 7
Windows Phone 8
Windows 8
Firefox OS

When any of those filters are applied, remove the filters from the list of plugins that match by that filter.
