The change of HDDS-3792 separated client/admin/tools proto files and introduced a new way to check the proto files backward compatiblity.
To make it easier to check the compatibility of persistent data (proto structures persisted in RocksDB) we need to separated RPC and storage proto files:
1. create a hadoop-ozone/inteface-storage project
2. Clone the required proto files and generate java with different package name
3. Copy all the Codec implementation together with the code
