How to use CocoonBean

Hello everybody
I'm working on a web application a  I just knew about cocoon 
now I want to work with CocoonBean
but  I can't use it 
please help me and send me a sample which uses CocoonBean
Tell me anout configfile of cocoonbean and ..
I'm really confused (I've already read the api documentation of cocoonbean but I didn't understand)

This should really be asked on dev@cocoon, not lenya-dev.

Look at the class 'org.apache.cocoon.Main' for an example of code using 
the CocoonBean. Check the Cocoon docs in the section called 'offline' 
for more info.
