   You don't provide enough information for us to troubleshooting, could you provide your topic and trace topic, producer/consumer code?
   
   At first, you should know what is your topic/trace topic, make sure you have already chosen the right trace topic, then check whether your producer and consumer already enabled the message trace feature.
   
   If you are not sure how to enable the message trace feature for producer/consumer, you can refer to the below code.
