DO NOT REPLY [Bug 49070] failonerror doesn't work for Copy task

fixed with svn revision 932241

As a workaround you can use todir instead of tofile and a nested mapper to get
the file name right.  With todir failonerror will work as expected in 1.8.0 and
earlier.
