### What happened
Admin granted a file directory to a normal user. Granted user can't upload a file to that file directory, the reported error is "The current user does not have permission to operate".
### What you expected to happen
Normal user can upload a file to a file directory that have been granted permission.
### How to reproduce
1. Admin create a file directory on resource manage
2. Admin create a normal user
3. Admin grant the created file directory permission to the normal user
4. Normal user upload a file to the file directory
### Anything else

I use admin create a file directory on resource manager , but I can't grant the created file directory permission to the normal user , the checkbox can't be select.
