what is a canonical root URL?
2068 says:
The realm attribute (case-insensitive) is required for all
authentication schemes which issue a challenge. The realm value
(case-sensitive), in combination with the canonical root URL (see
section 5.1.2) of the server being accessed, defines the protection
space.
But I can't figure out from 5.1.2 what exactly a canonical root URL
is. My assumption is that it is just the URL without any
path info, ie. scheme+host+port, right?
