CI system offline

FYI, the linux host for our CI system has been offline since mid last week.  Pinged infra a couple days ago, filed a JIRA for it today:

 - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6189

Aside from getting CI coverage on linux, this affects our nightly builds and TCK testing.

Hoping we can get this cleared up or onto another host by end of the week.
