[VOTE] Release Apache Jackrabbit 2.4.5
Hi,
A candidate for the Jackrabbit 2.4.5 release is available at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/jackrabbit/2.4.5/
The release candidate is a zip archive of the sources in:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jackrabbit/tags/2.4.5/
The SHA1 checksum of the archive is e266c936499ec80d44763c800753afe24a82160d.
A staged Maven repository is available for review at:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachejackrabbit-145/
The command for running automated checks against this release candidate is:
$ sh check-release.sh 2.4.5 e266c936499ec80d44763c800753afe24a82160d
Please vote on releasing this package as Apache Jackrabbit 2.4.5.
The vote is open for the next 72 hours and passes if a majority of at
least three +1 Jackrabbit PMC votes are cast.

hosts file to always point to the US (master) one:
140.211.11.4 svn.apache.org

Indeed! I didn't get any response from infra@ yet, so I filed
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6868 to prevent this from
falling through the cracks again.

I encountered this problem a few months ago. The servers are out of sync
(at least one commit is missing). I would have thought this was fixed in
the meantime :-)

Apparently there's something funky going on with the svn.eu mirror. I
pinged infra about that.
If you add a hosts entry to force svn.apache.org to point to
140.211.11.4 (svn.us.apache.org), the check passes.
