Erik,

If I build from the trunk directory, rather than the compile directory, I get the same test failures that you get.  I fixed the includeAntRuntime warnings you get with Ant 1.8.  

On OSX 10.7, I tried both java 1.6 and java 1.7, and my JFLEX_JAR is jflex-1.4.3/jflex/lib/JFlex.jar.
