Multiple issues about the create app dialog
* Any app has {{HBase}} hardcoded in the description (see image)
* Dialog currently is too small. We need to make dialog 80% wide and tall as window iframe.
* Dialog differs from regular Ambari dialog - there is no bottom button bar. Also, it should be shaded just like any other Ambari dialog - for consistency.
