BZ site announcement and OOo addresses

We need another line in the site announcement ("This is the LIVE ...") 
about the vanishing @ OO.o email addresses. I suggest something like the 
following:

"<p><b>Change your email address</b> if it points to 
YourName@openoffice.org. These addresses are going away. Your change 
will update all Bugzilla references to you.</p>"
