Problem reading Excel File

Attached is the JAVA File which tries to read the following Excel File.
 <<Test.java>>



 <<File23.xls>>
The problem is that only the first 32 Rows are read by the Program
although the Total Number of Rows are more than that number.
Any idea why this is happening?
