[ANNOUNCE] Tiles 3.0.6 test build available

The test build of Tiles 3.0.6 is available.

No determination as to the quality ('alpha,' 'beta,' or 'GA') of Tiles
3.0.6 has been made, and at this time it is simply a "test build". We
welcome any comments you may have, and will take all feedback into
account if a quality vote is called for this build.

Please test and consider if the following is really fixed:

** Bug
   * [TILES-583] - Update link on the tutorials integration examples
   (spring)
   * [TILES-584] EL expressions not working for list attributes? (test
   added)
   * [TILES-585] - Definition cascade attributes duplicated values under
   high load
   * Documentation spelling errors fixed (r1706314)

I won't be calling a vote on this release.
Tiles-AutoTag deserves a release first, expect a test build of Tiles
3.0.7 after that to be announced.

I'll leave this staging repository open for a little bit longer anyway.
