   This is odd because `ExternalTaskSensor` inherits from `BaseSensorOperator` which inherits from `BaseOpeator`.
   `BaseOpeator` support `on_failure_callback` so why isn't that working now?
   I think all sensor suppose to support `on_failure_callback`
