Hug and hackathon

I propose a date of august 7-9. The idea is to have the hug on Friday and
hack the rest of the weekend. We want to hold it sooner than later so we can
kick off 0.21 in style.

The location is to be at SU's offices in SF at 140 2nd street. SU will host
and cater most of the event.

I have something Friday morning so I'll probably miss the HUG :( Bu I
can stay longer in the week following to continue to hack or else.

I am not hearing any nays, so in the absence of dissenting opinion,
I'd like to confirm this and confirm with my work and get the ball
rolling as it were.
